So...we have two weeks until the official start of summer in the United States aka the 'end' of this challenge.
Although the countdown til(l) summer will be over, your commitments to your health won't be over. They always say that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit...you may have been incorporating new things or continuing new things into your life in the past two weeks....those may very well have a chance at becoming natural parts of your lives. That's amazing to think about!
