It's been three weeks...and as you know I like to post a little video, you'll have to wait a few more hours. I'm going to head home, do p90x and show you a little post-workout routine :)

How are your 31 things going? I just checked my list and one of the things that I want to do is to make my health intentions for the summer and year...this is my last year in the 20s...next year I enter into the 30s and I think that I'd like to do some type of intention that surrounds growing older and taking my health seriously. What do you think you'll do June 22?
