Call for Recipes!!!!
I wanna see some recipes! Do you? How about we share some of our favorite recipes!
If you post a recipe include vegetarian/vegan/lactose-free/gluten-free relevant information! Also, include maybe if it's simple, time consuming, etc. :)
Chickpea curry. I found it online once upon a time and it's never leaving my recipe arsenal. Soooo delicious and warm and filling.
I make it by adding chicken, but the original recipe simply called for potatoes and chickpeas! Without the chicken, it doesn't take long, but it does keep you hopping. It's not something you can just put on and leave.
We took fresh corn, zuchinni, squash, and tomatoes. Cut it all up and put it in the wok with just a tbsp of olive oil and some garlic, basil, and some pepper flakes. Easy easy and so yummy.

ReplyDeleteI just made Quinoa Tabouleh. Modified it from the recipe I found here:

I added chickpeas and used zucchini instead of cucumber because that's what I had on hand. Also added some feta cheese. Delicious!
YUM YUM! These look soooooooooooo good. I'm stuck on my israeli couscous recipe. I have it every afternoon for lunch!
