POP COUNT!

If there's one thing I learned since the inception of this challenge, it's that I am ADDICTED to soda. And, it's no real surprise that it is REALLY bad for you. So, since #14 is "Limit my soda intake," I thought I'd better be transparent, and post how much I actually drink. Don't judge. I'm working on it. :-)

Starting this week, I'm going to try making my own version of soda, with some fresh ingredients, natural sweetener and a no HFCS. (High fructose corn syrup.) I'm going to call it JP's Tonic. It will be lime, club soda and sweetened with agave nectar (thanks for the recommendation, Jara!)
